Greg is an experienced international business leader, with a strong record in global agri-food industries, delivering profitable growth and building strong management cultures.

Greg previously held the role of Managing Director of Harvest Road Group, based in WA, owned by Andrew and Nicola Forrest, which included a portfolio of pastoral properties and operating businesses, including Harvey Beef. Harvest Road has over 800 employees across all regions of Western Australia.

Between 2005–2018, Greg was Managing Director of the Interflour Group – one of Asia’s largest grain processors and agri-port operators, employing over 1,650 employees across 7 countries. Before his role at Interflour, Greg was the General Manager of Pacific Agrifoods. From 1996–2002, Greg held a number of senior roles with the Australian Wheat Board Limited, including Director – Asia.

Campbell is an experienced investor with over 25 years of experience in domestic and international financial markets.

Campbell commenced his career at ANZ in 2001 before moving to Merrill Lynch in 2003 to work in Equity Research where he was a top 3 rated analyst.

In 2007, Campbell moved to the United States to work in alternative funds management, joining Citadel Investment Group, a Chicago domiciled hedge fund. Following this, Campbell moved to New York in 2010 to take up a role managing a global materials portfolio for Millennium Management.

On returning to Australia in 2014, Campbell joined Sandon Capital where he holds the position of Portfolio Manager.

James is an experienced professional within the agriculture and agribusiness sectors with a deep understanding of agricultural investment and business performance.

James former roles include an extensive career with Elders LTD, where he spent 12 years as part of the Executive Committee. From 2007–2018 James held the position of General Manager Western Zone, then as General Manager of Elders Australian Network Business from 2018–2020. During this period he also spent 8 years as part of the M&A business acquisitions committee and served on numerous affiliated boards.

James is also a director of Western Agriculture Co Pty Ltd, a privately owned agribusiness investment company based in Perth WA, which owns and manages a range of agricultural assets across the horticulture, viticulture and broad acre categories.

Mark is a Director and partner of Pendulum Capital Pty Limited, an independent boutique investment advisory group where he has worked across a range of capital markets and corporate finance activities for clients in industries extending from mining services through to agriculture.

Mark is also a Director and Company Secretary of Fogarty Wine Group, part of Fogarty Hall Fine Wine Estates, which owns and operates some of Australia's greatest wine brands, produced from the country's most iconic vineyard sites, where he has been actively involved in the growth of the business.

Mark is also Company Secretary of The Wine Collective, a leading digital wine marketplace and The Lodge Wadjemup Pty Ltd, the developer of The Lodge Wadjemup resort on Rottnest Island.
