Alterra Limited Managing Director Oliver Barnes was interviewed on ABC Radio’s WA Country Hour about the company’s latest asset, the Carpenters Project.
Via a special purpose vehicle, the land asset developer, manager and investor has secured the 300 hectare avocado property located in the premium Pemberton region in Western Australia.
The Carpenters Project adjoins Casotti Group’s renowned “Casuarina†property and is a large contiguous development site, in a premium growing region, with access to significant high quality water and nutrient rich Karri soils perfect for avocado production.
